What can each role do?
- UserBrowses the site, ticks off places visited, keeps notes. Everyone starts here.
- ContributorAlso edits the dish cards: emoji, name, description, history, where to find it.
- EditorAlso hides or shows countries, states and whole continents (“coming soon”).
- AdminAlso manages people: can make users, contributors and editors, and change them back.
- 👑 Grand PoobahEverything, including making and removing admins. One person only; nobody can change their role.
Recent changes
Roles decide what people can do on the Grand Slams pages. Making someone an Admin here also turns on their old site-wide admin switch when this server can reach the accounts database; taking Admin away turns it off.
